ECLIPS X LG X GUGGENHEIM

An art and technology collaboration of the new age between LG and Guggenheim, in partnership with STUDIO ECLIPS.

BRIEF

In order to publicize the groundbreaking LG x Guggenheim Research Initiative, the two companies at the forefront of their respective fields sought out STUDIO ECLIPS to produce a series of promotional videos and live event videos that would publish on a variety of Guggenheim and LG platforms/online channels. Alongside this, LG requested for ECLIPS to capture specific features of the LG installation at the collaboration’s June 2022 kick-off event, the Young Collectors Council (YCC) Party, in order to promote specific product lines such as LG OLED/Display products, LG Electronics, and the LG corporation as a whole.

APPROACH

Tasked with promotional video content production (a master video, as well as multiple shorts) and documenting the entire YCC collaboration kick-off event as a whole, as well as making a package of social media/online article assets, STUDIO ECLIPS used other partner artist agencies and its own in-house production team to film the YCC event, also enlisting event photographers on behalf of LG and Guggenheim. ECLIPS also took care of pre-production and interviews with LG/Guggenheim representatives, as well as post-production with unlimited rounds of revision by ECLIPS in-house editors.

RESULT/IMPACT

Overall, ECLIPS assets were used on Guggenheim and LG social media channels, online homepages, as well as LG’s specialized LG Display/LG Electronics/LGE Youtube Channels, with LG seeking to continue partnership with ECLIPS to utilize ECLIPS Content Solutions in the future.
